Do I get full access during the 7-day free trial?

Yes. The free trial gives you full access to the platform, including AI review replies and all QR tools, with no restrictions.

What happens after the 7-day trial ends?

You can choose between the $15/month plan (100 replies/month) or the $150/year plan (1,200 replies/year). If you don’t subscribe, the service automatically pauses.

What’s the difference between the monthly and yearly plans?

The $15/month plan includes 100 replies each month.
The $150/year plan includes 1,200 replies annually and costs less overall.

Do unused review credits roll over?

No. Monthly credits reset monthly; yearly credits reset yearly.

What happens if I exceed my reply limit?

Auto-replies pause and you will receive a notification to upgrade or wait until your cycle resets.

Do you warn me when I’m close to my limit?

No. You will know when the system stops replying to reviews. mostly because you finished your credit.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly plans anytime?

Yes. You can change plans anytime in your dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel instantly from your dashboard.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for unused periods, but you can cancel future billing.

Is my credit card charged during the trial?

No. You are only charged if you continue after 7 days.

Will I receive reminders before the trial ends?

While AIDM uses extensive automation for client communication and appointment reminders, AIDM doesn't send users reminders before their own trial period ends. The user is typically responsible for monitoring the trial end date. 

Do you offer multi-location discounts?

Yes. Discounts are available for businesses with 10+ locations.

Do you have packages for agencies?

Yes. Agencies managing multiple businesses can request custom plans.

How many reviews do you reply to each cycle?

$15/month = 100 reviews/month
$150/year = 1,200 reviews/year

Which platforms do you support?

We currently reply to reviews on Google and Facebook.

Are replies written by humans or AI?

Replies are generated by advanced AI trained to respond professionally.

Can I edit an AI reply before posting?

You can fully edit, rewrite, or customize any reply before/after posting based on the setting you have chosen.

Can I write my own replies inside the dashboard?

Yes. You can write custom responses directly in the platform (general guidance).

Do you reply to both positive and negative reviews?

Yes. Every review from 1 to 5 stars is covered.

Do you reply to 5-star reviews too?

Yes. Positive reviews receive personalized, appreciative replies.

Do you reply to edited or updated reviews?

Yes. Updated reviews are treated as new events and replied to.

Can I avoid replying to fake or spam reviews?

No, the system will reply to all reviews (but you always can remove or adjust any replies manually in such cases).

Do you reply to old reviews posted before I joined?

Yes. You can reply to past reviews manually, one by one, by generating replies by AI, and you can regenerate or adjust the reply if you want.

Can I choose to reply only to certain star ratings?

Yes. You can apply rules such as only replying to reviews under 4 stars.

Can I prevent replies to specific customers?

No. You can't blacklist certain reviewer profiles.

Do you support reviews that include photos?

Yes. The AI references the context of photos when possible.

Can I schedule specific posting hours for replies?

No. When you receive them, the system automatically replies to them. The only thing you can adjust is how long you need the system to reply to the review that you received.
